My Review

‪I’m  almost completely lost for words! What a book! There’s an endorsement on the front cover of this book from none other than Ian Rankin who says ‘Like Midnight Run, but much darker…really, really good’. Yes it is. One of the best thrillers I’ve read all year. I’m not going to rattle on too much with plot details or story outlines. Once you start reading this book, you won’t be able to stop – that is all.

I really liked the character of Lori Anderson, bounty hunter and I hope there will be a series featuring her. I was interested to read at the end of the book that the author had trained as a bounty hunter in California. Well wow for this and it certainly explains how the book felt so authentic and the atmosphere just right.

Lee Child move over!

The book is going on my list of outstanding books of 2016. I was fortunate enough to be able to read a preview copy from the publishers. Thanks to Karen at Orenda books and author Steph Broadribb.

I’m really thrilled and looking forward to taking part in the upcoming blog tour for the book.

The ebook is available to purchase now. The paperback will be released in January 2017
